A fictional practice
FORMA, its people, history, projects, locations and distinctions are fictional. Practice statistics are illustrative. No affiliation with an actual architecture practice, university, award programme or photographed person is implied. Social links lead to the platforms’ homepages.
Original architectural visualisations
Casa Nera’s exterior, interior and courtyard, the Desert Pavilion, Harbour Commons, the supporting project gallery studies, and the studio material study were generated with OpenAI’s image generation tool for this template. They are conceptual imagery, not photographs of built commissions.
Editorial photography
Additional architecture, interior and portrait images are sourced from Unsplash. They illustrate the visual direction of the demo and do not document the named fictional projects, people or locations. They must not be represented as a buyer’s completed work.
View the source asset manifest and the Unsplash licence. Photographer attribution, depicted-property permissions and suitability for redistribution should be checked against each source before a commercial package is released.
Typography and drawings
Manrope and DM Sans are self-hosted through Fontsource under their open font licences. The architectural drawings are original schematic SVGs made for the Casa Nera concept. They are not construction documents.
Forms and contact details
The contact form prepares a downloadable brief. The newsletter demonstrates validation. Neither transmits data. All email addresses use the reserved .example domain. Replace demo details and connect your chosen delivery service before accepting real inquiries.
Design reference
The brief referenced Powerhouse Company for its editorial quality and architectural storytelling. FORMA’s visual system, layouts, content and code were developed independently.
